For the most accurate results, please follow these guidelines before your scan:

Maintain normal hydration - don't over or under drink water before your scan. Avoid alcohol 24 hours prior.

Fast for 3-4 hours before your scan. No large meals within 4 hours of your appointment.

Do I need to be fit to join the challenge?
Not at all! The challenge is designed for all fitness levels. Our coaches will provide modifications for every exercise to match your current abilities while still pushing you toward your goals.
What if I can't make all the classes?
With unlimited classes and multiple time slots each day, you can train when it suits your schedule. We recommend 3-5 sessions per week for optimal results, but you can adjust based on your availability.
Is the nutrition plan restrictive?
Our approach focuses on balanced eating rather than extreme restrictions. You'll learn how to make healthier choices without eliminating food groups or counting every calorie. The goal is sustainable habits, not short-term deprivation.
What happens after the challenge ends?
Most challengers choose to continue with our regular membership options. We'll help you transition to a maintenance plan or set new goals. Challenge participants receive exclusive rates on ongoing memberships.
