Our 8 Week Challenge is designed to deliver maximum results through structured training, nutrition guidance, and body composition tracking. From October 6 to November 30, you'll have unlimited access to all group classes, three professional body scans to track your progress, and weekly check-ins with our coaches to keep you on track.

Unlimited Training
Access to all group classes including Ignite, Forge, Stronghold and our weekend GRIND sessions. Train as often as you like with our varied schedule that includes early morning, evening, and weekend options to fit your busy life.
Body Composition Scans
Three professional Evolt body scans (beginning, middle, and end) to track your muscle gain and fat loss with medical-grade accuracy. Our coaches will help you interpret the results and adjust your plan accordingly.
Nutrition Framework
Simple, sustainable nutrition guidance without restrictive dieting. You'll receive our proven nutrition framework with meal ideas, portion guidance, and strategies for eating out while still making progress.

Do I need to be fit to join the challenge?
Not at all! The challenge is designed for all fitness levels. Our coaches will provide modifications for every exercise to match your current abilities while still pushing you toward your goals.
What if I can't make all the classes?
With unlimited classes and multiple time slots each day, you can train when it suits your schedule. We recommend 3-5 sessions per week for optimal results, but you can adjust based on your availability.
Is the nutrition plan restrictive?
Our approach focuses on balanced eating rather than extreme restrictions. You'll learn how to make healthier choices without eliminating food groups or counting every calorie. The goal is sustainable habits, not short-term deprivation.
What happens after the challenge ends?
Most challengers choose to continue with our regular membership options. We'll help you transition to a maintenance plan or set new goals. Challenge participants receive exclusive rates on ongoing memberships.
